5 Barlickers made the trip to the lakes for this race which actually incorporated two races. The first being the long course which covered 18 miles with 6000ft of climb the second the shorter course which covered 10 miles and 3000ft of climb.

Virgil Barton took on this 33 mile challenge which takes in every summit around the Welsh town of Llangollen covering 6200ft of ascent.
He completed the challenge in 5hour 55 knocking 1hour 30 of the existing record - a fantastic achievement!
Coniston Gullies was the setting this year for the first race in the BOFRA calendar and for many their first fell race since lockdown hit last year!
