Two race wins for Tom Corrigan in two days. Yesterday, it was Hellifield Gala, today, it was this race, with two more of his team mates making the top ten.
Yet another cracking run from Angela Donlan saw her finish 2nd in the ladies race and 1st W40.

8 Barlick runners travelled to the Lake District to take on this tough race which covers 16.2 miles and 6562ft of climb. The race this year was won by Ricky Lightfoot in 2:49:21. Luke Maude was first home for Barlick in an impressive 18th place.

Numbers were up for these races on those seen in recent years which is nice to see.
The senior race was won by Tom Corrigan, just pushing local and former race winner Jimmy Craig into second place, Close behind these two was John Whiteside of Trawden who managed to push Jonny Bradshaw down into fourth place.
The ladies race was won by Emma Taylor of Accrington Road Runners, with team mate Deborah Gowans finishing second and Lorraine Slater of Barlick finishing third.
