Barlick Fell Runners have a structured training programme which caters for all abilities and the details are below. In addition, we have a complete beginners session which is basically a couch to 5K course. These are held at various times of the year.. The training sessions for the coming week are shown below. Monday with Leanne Dinsdale
These are informal sessions and cater for all abilities. Each week, those taking part meet up at a local hostelry, have a gentle running session lasting around an hour and then retire to the bar to sample the local ale and chew the fat. Everyone is welcome on these runs including none members, in fact, they are a good way to get to know the ethos of the club and decide if it is for you.
