Five Barlickers and three Trawdeners made their way to Derbyshire at the weekend to take part in a 24 hour endurance race. The team was a mixed team of 8 with every member having to complete at least a lap of the 10k cross country course. The race kicked off in earnest at 12 noon on Saturday and team Fastrax soon got into the swing of things and after leg 4 held a slender lead. It was a lead they never relinquished over closest challengers Luton AC. In the end the team broke the course record running 36 laps in the allotted time and winning by two laps.
