The first home in this event was the Peter Pan of fell running, the living legend, Ian Holmes., who was followed home by John Whiteside. Ian also pretty accurately guessed his time to take home a bottle of wine.
First lady home was Barbara Savage of Clayton and it was good to see Eleanor Moore, Heather Mitchell and Anne Marie Beech all having a go at running over Pendle (and dropping down the steep part of the big end) all in the dark. They will certainly have plenty to talk about at work, the next day.
